chamber filter for separating nitrocellulose (NCl) from water suspension

input product – suspension of water with NCl (2-4%), 30m3/h

output product – sespension of NCl (15-20%)

drum (diameter 1400 mm) with separated filtering meshes partly submerged in sparse suspension

drum speed rate 40/hour

continous operation – during one turn of the drum solid NCl is settled on the mesh (approx 5cm layer) and solid NCl is scraped off

automatic turning off vacuum on currently scraped mesh
